The property at 6 Rail Close was listed by Drewe Henzell on 30 August 2016 after being provided with a comprehensive market analysis and marketing strategy. Buyers were introduced to the property within days and a contract was presented to us on the 19 September 2016 at a price and terms that were acceptable to us and within $5000 of the asking price. I wouldn’t hesitate in using Deb Bowden to sell another one of our properties. Deb went above and beyond what any agent would normally. Our property was always going to be challenging to sell. Drewe provided us with plenty of information and realistic advice to assist us in determining our sales price, and then feedback on how to best present the property. Drewe was always genuine and up front with his communications, and maintained constant contact, and was always available. Drewe was always optimistic, while at the same time realistic… told us what we needed to hear, not necessarily what we wanted to hear. And persistent… dozens of house inspections before finding the new owners. I always felt that Drewe was acting in our best interest, and I would not hesitate to do business with Drewe again.
